Lambourn Directions From M4
Junction 14 take the A338 Great Shefford road. Then the first left, the B4000
towards Lambourn. After about 3 miles you pass the Hare and Hounds Pub, go
straight on ie don't turn right towards Lambourn. Go past the next crossroads
but at the second road turn right (this road also leads to Lambourn).
Farncombe Farm is 2 miles along here on both sides of the road. There
are three lines here and there are a number of purpose built fences, some of
which have been planted with hedge saplings and so should be beginning to
look like hedges. We also go round part of a cross country course. There is a
mixture of good galloping stretches with some hillwork and the need for
control in wooded sections, plus an interesting passage down some Roman
earthworks Tea is
